Simple Caramel Pudding Recipe

Ingredients
- Sugar for making caramel syrup – 2 tbsp
- Sugar for pudding – ¾ th cup
- Liquid dense milk – 2 cups
- Eggs – 5 pieces/ 1 cup
- Vanilla essence – 1 tsp
Procedure
At first, finely beat the sugar required for pudding with eggs. Then slowly add milk and vanilla with the beaten mixture. Stir it very well. Keep the mixture aside.
Now, to make caramel, take 2 tbsp of sugar in a preheated pudding pot and heat it further until melted. Keep it aside to cool down. Then, pour the pudding mixture on the caramel. After that, put the pot into an oven and bake it at 150 degrees C for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, bring out the pudding; keep it aside to bring it to a normal temperature. Now keep it inside the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Then bring it out and replace it upside down into a nice dish to serve. The easy caramel pudding is ready!
Strawberry Pudding Recipe

Ingredients
- Fresh strawberry – 200 grams
- Corn flour – 2 tbsp
- Sugar – ½ cup
- Egg yolks – 2
- Milk – 1 ½ cups
- Salt – A pinch
- Vanilla essence – 1 tsp
Procedure
Take the strawberries and blend well. Now put the pureed strawberries in a saucepan on the stove and add cornflour, sugar, and milk. Keep stirring well until boiled. When it is boiled turn off the heat. In a pot, beat the egg yolks and slowly add half of the mixture from the saucepan. Keep stirring.
When the yolks are evenly mixed, then return this mixture to the rest strawberry mixture into the saucepan. Keep stirring until it boils. Now taste if the amount of sugar is ok. Then remove the pan from heat and add vanilla essence to it for a beautiful dessert smell. Put the pudding pan into the refrigerator for cooling. Bring the dessert when ready and serve well!
