2 Yummy Cheesecake for Christmas

Green Tea Cheesecake

Green tea is an ingredient mostly used to make tea and herbal drinks. Have you ever thought of making cakes with it? If not then try this time.


  • Flour- ½ Cup
  • Green Tea powder- 2 tablespoon
  • Eggs- 3 pieces
  • Powdered sugar- ½ cup
  • Vanilla- 1 teaspoon
  • Baking powder- ½ teaspoon
  • Melted butter- 2 tablespoon
  • Lemon juice- 2 teaspoon

Break the eggs into a bowl and beat them well for cheesecake. While beating, mix the whole powdered sugar in three steps. After the mixture is fluffy enough, add vanilla to it. Keep it aside.

Now take all the dry ingredients and sift them into a bowl. Then mix the egg mixture and oil with it. Take a baking pan and spray oil on it. Now pour the cake mixture into the pan. Put the pan into a preheated oven and bake it at 170 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes. Put out the pan when the cake is baked and let it cool down.

For syrup:

Take ½ cup of water and mix a little amount of sugar. Boil it. After it is boiled put a green tea bag into it and let it cool down. Now mix a little amount of lemon juice with it. The syrup is ready.

Cream Cheese filling:

Cream cheese- 200 grams

Icing sugar- ½ cup

Curd- 1 to 2 teaspoons

Beat all these ingredients and prepare a thick consistent cream.

Now cut the baked cake into 3 layers and spread the syrup on each of their surfaces. Then spread the cream cheese in one layer and put another layer on top of it. Do it for each layer. After that, spread a thin layer of cream cheese on the top layer and sprinkle green tea powder on the top of it. Use some pistachios to decorate this green heaven. The cake is ready.

  • Castor sugar- 20 gram
  • Butter- 40 gram
  • Flour- 60 gram
  • Mascarpone Cheese- 150 gram
  • Lemon- 1 piece
  • Blueberry- 150 gram
  • Beaten cream- 100 ml


To prepare a biscuit base, take a bowl and mix butter with sugar. When the sugar melts, mix it with flour and prepare the dough. Cut the dough into 6 pieces and make biscuits by baking. After baking, bring out the biscuits and crush them after cooling down. Now take the biscuit into the cake pan and pat it to create a fine biscuit base. To prepare the filling, mix the mascarpone cheese, and squeeze lemon, sugar, and blueberry into a bowl. Pour this mixture on the biscuit base and refrigerate it for 45 minutes until the mixture sets. Bring out the cake and pour some blueberry syrup on the top. The delicious blueberry cheesecake is ready to serve.
