Date Shake as Healthy Drinks
Dates and Ramadan go hand-in-hand. So, why not prepare a smoothie out of it? This special recipe only needs a handful of dates, cream, milk, and honey. Blend it and store it in the refrigerator.

Chia Refreshing Healthy Drinks
Take one-liter full cream milk, two tablespoons of chia seed, one-fourth cup of honey/maple syrup, a few strawberries, two cardamon, and ice cubes as needed. Put all the things in the blender and blend well. You can add rooh afzah as well(optional) Now it is ready to serve.

Almond Saffron Milk- Badam Healthy Drinks
Take 8-10 almonds and soak them overnight. Then peel it and put it in a blender, add a glass of milk,2-3 strands of soaked saffron with water, ground cardamon, and a few ice cubes. Now blend it well, garnish with chopped almond and serve chill in this hot Ramadan weather.

JAGGERY LEMONADE Healthy Drinks
To make Jaggery juice, take water in a jug. Soak jaggery and mix well. When jaggery is dissolved strain it through a strainer. Strain twice. Soak basil seed for 5 minutes. Basil seed puff up. (Basil seed will not puff if added directly). Mix soaked and puffed-up basil seeds. Add lemon juice. Adjust the juice as per taste if required. Serve gud ka sharbat chilled with mint leaves.

RAW MANGO Healthy Drinks
Beat the heat with this cooling drink. For a raw mango drink, you need some raw mango and can add a lot of common spices in this drink ranging from cardamom to ginger, and a little green chili too. If your unripe mangoes are too sour then add jaggery accordingly to make it sweeter and less tangy. You can add lemon juice to the drink to make it tangier and give it a different taste.

Fruit juices are tasty, easy to prepare, and go well with most people. You can adjust your beverage by choosing the fruits you prefer as well as the quantities you use. As fruit juices are best served chilled, it’s a great drink to help you beat the heat. Take any seasonal fruit and blend it with mint and ice. If needed then add honey/maple syrup for a taste. That’s it you are ready to go.

Watermelon Breeze
Take some slices into a blender and add mint and ice cubes, you can add brown sugar if needed. Now blend it well and it is ready to serve.

Place the banana chunks, powdered drink mix, milk, and vanilla ice cream into a blender, and blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into large glasses.
