To make the Bath Tea you will need:

  • 1 cup Epsom salts (great for relaxation and muscle tension)
  • 1 cup oatmeal (great for softening skin)
  • 2 tablespoons dried lavender
  • 20 drops lavender essential oil (or oil of choice, more or less, as desired)
  • 2 disposable cone coffee filters (muslin and cheesecloth work also)

Pour the Epson salt into a bowl and add the essential oil. Mix well until there are no visible lumps. Add the oatmeal, lavender and mix completely. Fill the two coffee filters and tie them with twine. 

To use, add the tea bag to a cup of boiling water and let it steep for about five minutes before adding to the bath. This gift is sure to help mom soak her cares away.

2. Perfect Parfait

Making breakfast in bed for Mom is a tried-and-true classic, but this is no boring breakfast. This parfait takes breakfast to the next level, and best of all, it’s kid-friendly (no stove necessary.)
